Tony’s knowledge of Customer Communication Solutions is impressive. With a keen eye on market dynamics and technological developments, Tony ensures that the business is geared to provide market leading digital transformation solutions that support the changing needs of organisations that rely on our services for the delivery of business critical communication.
Hayden holds 27 years’ experience in the printing industry, including eight years specifically focussed on transactional mail. With involvement in implementing some of the UK’s major client onboarding programmes involving both transition and transformation, Hayden has held senior roles for multiple printing businesses.
Hayden’s passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement are key to managing Opus Trust’s strategy and driving production efficiencies. Whether it’s managing our supplier relationships or providing outstanding communications for our customers, Hayden champions seamless delivery.
Business transformation and service delivery excellence are key to Richard’s success in delivering profitable growth. Formerly Sales and Marketing Director with Paragon ID, Richard has extensive experience in sales, client services and marketing leadership.
Having held senior roles in sectors including security print, transactional mail, marketing communications, packaging and print management, Richard is a champion of digital transformation with extensive experience in data technology, transitioning paper-based products to both smart and RFID technology solutions.
Richard’s high energy and passion for driving positive customer experiences lead to the evolution of OpusCX, a complete customer communications management solution, designed around the needs of our clients and their customers.
Simon supports the strategic and operational development of the business. With overall responsibility for the Finance function within Opus Trust Communications, Simon is also Finance Director for the Opus Trust Group. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience, Simon has held a number of senior financial and management positions within wholesale, software technology and charitable environments.
Notably, Simon oversees the provision of grant funding for environmental, social welfare and arts projects through the Peter De Haan Charitable Trust.
Our Management Team
Alan is a business transformation specialist with extensive experience in complex document management, business process outsourcing and omni-channel services. Enabling organisations to communicate more effectively with their customers, Alan leads the development of customer communication propositions that help to drive customer satisfaction and build advocacy whilst reducing the cost to serve.
Rowena leads the Client Services team. Working alongside the Sales and Marketing Director to deliver business growth and effective client management, Rowena works with internal departments to improve processes and efficiencies to support service delivery. Rowena and her team have a record of delivering projects successfully and managing the on-boarding process.
Chris is a specialist in customer communications management, CCM architecture, business process management, outsource programmes and the end-to-end deployment of high-volume customer communication solutions in multi-channel environments. Working closely with clients and technical teams, Chris delivers solutions that drive desired customer outcomes and business efficiencies through sustainable and effective contact strategies.
Stephen manages the IT function, including strategic development focussing on process improvement to deliver faster, better solutions for customers. Stephen oversees IT compliance ensuring that effective service delivery is achieved. An advocate and implementer of well-structured agile teams, Stephen applies lean methodologies to gain maximum productivity.
Mitul is widely experienced in financial control and commercial finance and is focussed on optimising our systems and processes to drive commercial effectiveness across our business. Mitul is skilled in a broad range of financial disciplines including financial planning and analysis, strategic direction, financial control, statutory accounting, operational finance, payroll, compliance, investment frameworks and working capital improvements.
Diane is a practitioner of programme and project delivery in multi-channel environments. Charged with the management and delivery of all client projects, Diane is a detail hunter and ensures that every project is researched thoroughly before going live. She leads a high performance project team ensuring that all projects run on time and within budget.
David is highly experienced in quality, information security, data protection, health and safety, environmental and corporate social responsibility systems. David ensures that our management systems deliver efficiency, are customer focused, operate in line with business objectives and are fully compliant. David is an experienced Lean Coach, coaching and mentoring managers and operatives on how to use process improvement tools to maximise efficiency and compliance.
Gail and her team ensure that Opus Trust is positioned as a leading provider of customer communications management solutions. Responsible for marketing strategy, planning and delivery, Gail is a qualified practitioner in direct, digital and traditional marketing techniques. Heading up our bids team, Gail works closely with all departments to deliver responses of the highest quality.
Rob leads our team of specialists in sourcing and delivering bespoke print solutions and printed products. A mixture of disciplines, our Print Management service includes procurement, storage, stock control and distribution of a huge variety of marketing and communications material, providing cost savings and a managed service for our clients.
Nazma is a widely experienced HR professional, supporting the development and execution of a high impact people strategy aligned to business objectives. Specialising in transformational change, employee relations and policy alignment, Nazma ensures that talent is managed effectively, and that HR processes and procedures meet the evolving needs of the business.
