PrintWeek Awards 'Company of the Year' 2018 Finalist

28 Aug 2018

We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists in the category “Company of the Year” in the PrintWeek Awards 2018.

Hailed as the most sought-after awards in the print industry, we are delighted to be recognised in this category. 2017 was a productive year at Opus Trust. Investment, innovation, training and board appointments contributed significantly to our business performance. Strong partnerships with our suppliers, plus major contract wins and client retention have all supported our strategy for growth.

To operate in conjunction with our very own Automated Job Control System we invested almost £3m in Pitney Bowes enclosing machinery for our next-generation print production facility. The combined technology ensures that every pack is accounted for, providing 100% reconciliation. And to show leadership through innovation, we were the first UK company in our sector to go live with Pitney Bowes EngageOne® Converse software – which helps to support customer engagement programmes for our clients.

Rob Alonso our new CEO, said “yet again we have reached the final in this prestigious category which reflects our on-going commitment to our customers and colleagues in all that we do. Our continuous improvement programmes, innovative solutions and investments over the past year have shown that we are well positioned to prosper in a challenging market.”

With the gala dinner and awards taking place on the 22nd October, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London – we all hope that this is the year the trophy will be coming to Leicester!
