Opus Trust secures two multi-million pound contracts

Opus Trust Communications has reported a positive start to the new financial year as it confirms its appointment to two significant multi-million-pound contracts with leading suppliers in the financial services and utility sectors.

The first, a three-year contract worth £15m, is with an organisation that manages critical customer communication on behalf of its clients and requires the highest levels of data security and service delivery.

Delivering a multi-channel approach for the specialist international financial services provider, Opus Trust was able to further cement a long-standing relationship with the organisation.

The second announcement to reinforce the company’s commercial success followed a tough-tender process that resulted in the business securing a new five-year contract worth £10m with a major utility provider.

The new contract was awarded to Opus Trust Communications as it was able to demonstrate its ability to deliver innovative solutions, designed to help its clients further improve their customers’ experience.

As well as managing customer communications, the new contract will see an extended brief handed to the business including payment card services and print management. Furthermore, a series of innovation workshops will be delivered, placing digital transformation high on the agenda.
