We are very pleased to announce that we have acquired Critiqom, the print and mailing experts headquartered in Scotland, that specialise in mission critical customer communications for the public and private sectors. The transaction was completed on 17th December 2019 for an undisclosed sum.
As a result of this acquisition Opus Trust will see revenue increase by 50 per cent, creating a combined turnover of £42m. Both companies and their clients will benefit from the synergy, strength and greater choice of services that they can now offer across a range of sectors.
Providing a variety of complementary solutions, Critiqom delivers an end-to-end suite of data, print, post and multi-channel services from its manufacturing sites in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire and Warrington, Cheshire.
