2020 is already off to a fantastic start here at Opus Trust Communications as we are pleased to announce we have been shortlisted in two categories at the Business Desk’s forthcoming East Midlands Business Masters Awards 2020.
We have been named as one of the finalists in the ‘Investment’ and ‘Medium-sized business’ categories at the prestigious award ceremony, which is set to take place Thursday 12 March at the Crowne Plaza in Nottingham.
The shortlisting follows on from an active 12-months at Opus Trust. In addition to announcing the senior appointments of Chris Green as Head of Group Solutions and Pre-Sales and Matt Connor as Head of Development; and completing a £1.5m investment in our IT capabilities; we also secured a total of 15 contracts in 2019 alone.
The success of this past year culminated on December 17th when we hit the headlines after completing the acquisition of Critiqom, the multi-million-pound print and mailing experts headquartered in Scotland.
With projections showing a combined turnover of £42m and an increase in revenue for Opus Trust of 50 per cent, we are expecting to complete further investment in products, services and people in the year ahead.
Sales & Marketing Director for Opus Trust Communications, Richard Farmer, comments: “Whether it’s completing a multi-million-pound capital investment in IT or investing to build our team of industry experts, we are committed to constantly improving and innovating the services we offer our clients.
“Being recognised in two categories at the Business Masters Awards is fantastic news for the whole Opus Trust team, who have worked so hard over the past year and helped us get 2020 off to a great start”.
