Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Update
I hope you and your families are safe and well.
Throughout the COVID-19 crisis it is important that I keep you informed of the actions we are taking to ensure continuity of service to our clients.
Throughout the lockdown our teams have shown extraordinary commitment and flexibility, whether adapting to working from home or to new workplace restrictions. Sickness and absence levels remain very low and our supply partners have worked incredibly hard to ensure continuity of raw materials and services.
Whilst demand from some of our clients has reduced temporarily as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, we have seen an increased demand for our Hybrid Mail and On Demand services, which help our clients staff operate effectively from home and ensure a fast response to more urgent communications across multiple channels. It is likely the way we all work will change as a result of recent events, with the need for more flexible secure digital communications being high on the agenda for our clients.
In the next few days we will be launching an exciting new initiative which will give our clients the opportunity to take part in free digital consultation sessions, helping them build a digital transformation roadmap with the assistance of leading multi-channel customer experience experts. This is an opportunity not to be missed – more on this in the coming days.
Like many of our clients, we are focused on changes to lockdown guidance outlined by the Government. For now our office teams will continue to work from home, as I believe this is in their best interests. We are now planning for what ‘new normal’ will look like in relation to office working practices, with the views of our teams being canvassed to help build a blueprint for the future working environment. Our operational teams will continue to work within strict guidelines designed with their health and safety in mind.
