Under Paul’s leadership Opus Trust Marketing has seen rapid growth and is one of the UK’s leading transactional communications providers. With over 20 years’ experience Paul is widely acknowledged as a key influencer in the mailing industry.

Paul has a track record of driving efficiencies for customers through innovation, document redesign and re-engineering. He is a key player in pushing the industry forward to develop enhanced customer communications experiences.

Working closely with Royal Mail for several years, Paul led Opus Trust Marketing to be the first mail producer to go live with Mailmark® in both retail and wholesale in 2014 and created our own postal service TRUSTPOST® . Paul is a Non-Executive Director of the Mail Users’ Association and sits on the board of the Royal Mail Strategic Mailing Partnership.

Commercial Director

With a background in direct marketing, Rob understands the transactional communications market inside out. Rob has held a variety of roles across the organisation including IT and Operations Director. In his current role as Commercial Director, Rob works alongside our CEO developing partnerships with third party organisations and realising our acquisition strategy.  Whilst determining optimal pricing, Rob also guarantees client satisfaction and oversees company development by identifying new market opportunities.

Heading up the Commercial team, Rob sets the commercial strategy and oversees all legal contracts.

Client Services Director

Katie joined Opus Trust in January 2015. Having had a successful client services career across multiple industries, Katie has a passion for client development and business growth. As Client Services Director, Katie has wide ranging responsibilities for Client Services, Production, IT, Document Services, OnDemand, Print Management, Projects and Marketing operations. Innovation and service development is key to Katie’s role as well as working with all department heads to ensure the day to day operation runs smoothly and in accordance with highly regulated business guidelines and strategies.

Working closely with Client and Sales teams, Katie develops growth strategies for the business based on the customer journey, emerging communications channels and clients’ business objectives.

Sales Director

Mark is responsible for sales strategy and leads a team of specialists with a detailed understanding of specific markets including the energy, water, financial services, construction and retail sectors. With an eye firmly on identifying customer needs he is proficient in the development of bespoke service solutions.

Mark has an impressive background in critical print, electronic communications and data acquisition; and is an expert in data driven solutions that drive customer engagement.

Finance Director

Simon supports the strategic and operational development of the business. With overall responsibility for the Finance, Human Resource and Compliance functions within Opus Trust Marketing, Simon is also Finance Director for the Opus Trust Group. A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience, Simon has held a number of senior financial and management positions within wholesale, software technology and charitable environments.

Notably, Simon oversees the provision of grant funding for environmental, social welfare and arts projects through the Peter De Haan Charitable Trust.

Rowena leads the Client Services team. Working alongside the Client Services Director to deliver business growth and effective client management, Rowena works with internal departments to improve processes and efficiencies to support service delivery. Rowena and her team have a record of delivering projects successfully and managing the on-boarding process.

Nadina is a fully qualified registered lead auditor for several ISO Standards, with extensive experience gained across a wide variety of industries including Aerospace, Automotive and MoD. A specialist in agile methodology, IT business systemisation, risk, security and law, Nadina drives significant business efficiencies through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Stephen manages the IT function, including strategic development focussing on process improvement to deliver faster, better solutions for customers. Stephen oversees IT compliance ensuring that effective service delivery is achieved. An advocate and implementer of well-structured agile teams, Stephen applies lean methodologies to gain maximum productivity.

With a background in Print, IT Development, Transactional Mail and Direct Mail, Richard is highly experienced in the implementation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Darren heads up our TrustPost® division. Having worked closely with Royal Mail to deliver the first Mailmark® mailing in the UK, he’s an innovator. Leading the development of our new collections service TrustPost® Direct and working in partnership with key delivery and postage organisations, Darren delivers best in class postage solutions.

Rob leads our team of specialists in sourcing and delivering bespoke print solutions and printed products. A mixture of disciplines, our Print Management service includes procurement, storage, stock control and distribution of a huge variety of marketing and communications material, providing cost savings and a managed service for our clients.
